Was married here on 28/10/23 and OMG it was spectacular. When we arrived the bride tribe said the photos don’t do this place justice and so right they are. In real life this venue is to die for ♥️ if you’re considering getting married in the Dandenongs you MUST check Marybrooke Manor out. One stop venue for ceremony, reception, accommodation, DJ, celebrant and much more. You name it and I recon they have it. Even breakfast the next day for staying guests.
We are incredibly grateful for the support we received throughout the whole planning process. Deborah, Andrew and the team at Marybrooke Manor ensured that we were well supported and looked after throughout the whole evening. In the lead up to the event we appreciated Deborah's prompt replies through the app (such an amazing and appreciated service). We were so fortunate to have her as our Celebrant and MC for the night, alongside DJ Keegan from audio entertainment who had everyone up on the dancefloor! No one left hungry as everyone enjoyed their meals that were delicious and everyone particularly raved about the Pork Belly and Cherry Cheesecake! Marybrooke Manor also went above and beyond to cater for our many dietary requirements which was greatly appreciated. The way that the venue runs their tastings is phenomenal. Having the opportunity to book in as many times as you would like to select menu options really helped us to feel confident when making decisions and we appreciated that it was a 3 course meal so we could get an idea as to how the meals would be presented on the night. It was some of the smaller details that we didn't think about that we appreciated so greatly such as sending us home with our menus from the night, a copy of our vowels and the ceremony. It is little touches like this that made us know that it is a venue that really cares about the couples who choose Marybrooke Manor for their special day!We couldn’t be more thankful , the night was more magical than we could have ever imagined!

We would totally recommend anyone to have their wedding at Marybrooke Manor. Choosing Marybrooke as our wedding venue was the absolute best decision we could have made. From the very first interaction all the way through to our wedding day, the communication and guidance from the team was incredible, the marybrooke app meant we could ask any random questions at any time and they’d reply almost instantly, it made planning so easy.The venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful at any time of year and even in winter we had a lovely ceremony in the gazebo, knowing that the chapel was ready to go as a back up eased so much stress.The inclusions and optional extras are brilliant, they really have thought of everything. We were so happy with how they set everything up on the day, it all looked exactly as we’d hoped.We had so many guests tell us how much they’d loved the venue and how brilliant the staff were. My wedding day at Marybrooke Manor was fantastic. It was a freezing cold and rainy september day, but that didn't stop it from being a cosy and happy indoor event in the beautiful manor. All the staff were warm and professional and made a great effort to make sure all our needs were attended to. The price was also very reasonable, and they were very upfront about all costs. I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a wedding with beautiful old-world cosy charm.

We knew Marybrooke was our wedding venue as soon as we pulled up and saw the beautiful Tudor style building and surrounding gardens. The on-site accommodation was also a massive bonus for us as we had travelling guests. Deborah and her staff are so lovely and helpful, and they have a handy app that you can use for communication throughout the planning process. Nothing is too much trouble, planning was a breeze! A lot of things are included in the package and the menu options are fantastic. Very well priced for what you get. All guests enjoyed the tasty food and generous portions. We would definitely recommend this venue to any couple. Our guests said it was the best wedding they'd been to in a long time.

An incredible wedding venue, so beautiful and everything you need in one place. Louise and the team at Lyrebird were nothing short of amazing. They answered every question, made the entire process so easy and made everything fun. Absolutely stunning place if I could give this place more stars I would. Honestly this venue is perfect to get married. We just had our wedding here a couple of days ago and we didn’t want to leave because it was perfect. The venue 10/10 the wedding coordinator Mikaela is the best she made the day go so smoothly and also made it a fun day. The food was beyond perfect we had few dietary requirements and all 70 of our guests were amazed with the food and the venue. Some of our guests were even saying it was the best wedding ever. I can’t thank the team at Lyrebird Falls enough! The staff were so attentive, walking around all night getting us drinks, we didn’t even have to go to the bar. And the atmosphere is fantastic The band at the time l thought they were extra loud they didn't need that for everyone was dancing it was their voices they were yelling into what to me sounded like a cheep amp set-up if they had just turned things down it would have been so much better, for on my table there was a singer and a music man.tbey were not impressed but overall it was a fabulous afternoon and evening. Had an amazing wedding, great communication throughout the planning process. On the day itself it was raining, but with some effort from staff and some luck, we dried the seats for an outdoor ceremony. Food was loved by all and there were no issues, overall running smoothly throughout the entire night.However, the day before the wedding we were told that the music system was outdated and many of the speakers did not work. As we did not have a DJ or band playing, this was a slight issue, as sound quality of the music lacked.We would ask Tatra to invest in a better, updated sound system for future events.Ultimately, we recommend Tatra Receptions to anyone looking for a natural, beautiful venue for a wedding or other large event 🙂

Very pretty venue and the food was amazing! The accommodation was nice, room and bathroom was massive, with basic tea and coffee and cornflakes for breakfast. Only complaint is the bed, a king bed would be appreciated, the queen looks very small and isn't as comfortable as a larger bed, especially for the $180 per night price tag.

All the staff, especially Bev and Bryce, were fantastic, there was never something too tricky, they always had a solution.The ease of having both an inside and outside option was important for us and both offer an amazing backdrop for the ceremony.The photo opportunities are incredible with a small regional park only a short drive away that offers wonderful lighting.THE place to have your wedding!
A beautiful local business. I am surprised that such place exists! The whole experience is amazing starting from the drive through the magnificent Gembrook bushes, the superb view, friendly staff and the amazing wood fired pizza. I am definitely coming back.Hint: don’t miss their waffle chips, kids will love it (you as well).
Beautiful venue!! We were driving by and just ordered some take away woodfire pizza which was amazing. The staff were so nice. Their restaurant and events area look beautiful and have glorious views. We will be back!
A lovely spot to visit for a slow Sunday, good food, wine and all with great views. For starters we shared the bocconcini, pork belly, smoked salmon and croquettes.Without ruining the dishes surprise the smoked salmon was the standout 👍👍For mains we couldn't decide between the lamb, pork or prawn pizza, although we choose the prawn in hindsight I would recommend the lamb.The perfect finish to a perfect day we had the gelato with coffees, what an interesting taste was the rhubarb and strawberry gelato.
Time to review the review. Got to try the new pizza base last week. Loved it. Nice and crisp and thin. Holds its shape when you pick up a delicious slice. Apart from that Superb food, excellent service, fantastic views, and all topped off with a great selection of wines available, many by the glass. Highly recomened. This place is beautiful. It's such a beautiful vibe, perfect for a wedding whether it is outdoors under the abor with picturesque gardens all round or in the quaint little chaple with stained glass windows.The reception area is beautiful and the place oozes warmth.The one gribe I'd have is where the toilets are located very close to where people are sitting eating, and having to walk out past the toilets to have to access the smoking area isn't ideal.Otherwise, it is a very beautiful place with an old feel that has some perfect photo opportunities.
These guys are absolutely champions! They made our wedding day so special, run as smooth as butter and the process almost stress free. They take care of all the small stuff for your big day that you wouldn't even think of or even consider inconvenient and they do a smashing job!Beyond friendly, easy to contact and of course, the castle itself is stunning! We had our wedding yesterday at Avalon Castle. My wife, guests and I were absolutely blown away by how spectacular everything turned out. Amazing staff, food and scenery. Avalon Castles recommended supplier for a celebrant, Jane Austin was the star of the show. Not only was she our celebrant, she was our MC and DJ for the day. A lovely venue on a Mountain side a bit challenging for my partner who walks with a stick and stairs to contend with. The food we had was vegan.....not the best I have to say, we all were dreaming of what to eat on the way home. Great music and wonderful staff. All in all a great experience for a beautiful wedding.

We had our March 2023 wedding at Chateau Wyuna and we couldn’t be happier!We had a cocktail reception with 120 guests and the pergola and the main room provided ample space for our day.In the year and half from when we first booked to our big day the staff were more than accommodating answering any questions that we had and were more than happy for us to have multiple visits to show our family the venue and put any stresses that we may have had at ease.The upgrade packages that they have for decorating were amazing and it was such a relief as it was a huge thing that we didn’t have to worry about organising.All of our guests highly enjoyed the food and as it was a cocktail reception the chef went an extra mile to ensure that all of our guests with dietary requirements had a full meal that they could enjoy.If you are thinking about getting married here then I would highly recommended as the gardens are so beautiful for photos and you really feel like you are far away from society with the size of the venue, but you’re in the heart of the Eastern suburbs.
We had the most amazing experience, with afew last minute hiccups the venue was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our coordinator Sarah was beyond amazing. We had the most fairytale wedding and could not recommend this place enough
A nice place to celebrate events in a unique location with a mole.parking spot and greenery.Food quality is ok, however during the event I attend, sadly they are running out of beef 🧐 hence the majority of people at the table got the chicken instead of the variations.Not something that is usually happens in a planned events.
We really had the most incredible day at the chateau and this was echoed by all of our guests. We felt really supported in the lead up with excellent and clear communication which helped us plan everything. Kellie was so professional and calm on the day as our coordinator whilst also being able to have a laugh with us. Nothing was ever an issue when we reached out to the chateau and Andrew and the team always worked with us.We were told several times by our guests that the location was incredible, venue was beautiful, food was delicious and Kellie was excellent as our MC. Andrew was so easy to work with. Answered emails quickly. Took great care of us when we had to postpone. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Every guest said they enjoyed themselves and the food was great. The venue was gorgeous and they took care of everything on the day. I barely lifted a pinky! Even the waiters was incredible. They kept checking in on my during the reception. Everyone really went above and beyond.
Absolutely amazing venue! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, the staff are incredible! They are all super friendly and helpful. It was quite stressful trying to plan a wedding throughout covid but Andrew, Kellie and the team ensured that everything ran smoothly and that it was an enjoyable day for all. We had been there on weekend with Entry fee of $10. It was not too crowded as we visited restaurant past lunch hour. Restaurant has lunch menu until 4 30 PM which has good vegetarian options. Sky high has garden, wishing well and wishing tree which can be visited for free while maze has a entry fee. Overall good to spend hour or two with kids.
Very nice and scenic location. The coffees were nice. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The chicken focaccia is served cold. Odd that they refuse to warm it up. Luckily it was a hot day so the cold chicken went down okay. In saying that it tasted delicious despite coming out of the plastic packet. The size offers good value for your money. Plenty of seating and parking available around the restaurant. The ordering takes a while as for some reason the line moves very slowly.
Just a paid parking lot. The view is fine, but not much to do there other than lookout over the city. - In response to the comments below. I should have been more descriptive. They do have other amenities, however, most of those cost more - like the maze or the restaurant. The garden is very small - it took us about 10 minutes to see all of it. The view is really nice, but again, it is probably not worth the money.

It was an amazing view,but before you go there check the weather,because most of the time surrounding will cover the fog, so you can't see the view.Food was good also cappuccino was the best 🤘.Also this place has iconic Melbourne Giant chair and kids maze, which is not for free ( not worthy ).It has a gift shop,but little bit expensive .
Short wait times, incredible food & the mushroom risotto was incredible. I am very picky with pasta but this was perfectly done, definitely will be coming and ordering again. The best risotto I’ve ever had. Lovely getaway dinner place for your family.
Amazing views so worth a visit for that. Although they could make more of the cafe and services. You have to queue up for a long time if it's a busy day to order food, and they insist on you having a table even if you're doing take away which is strange. The food is ok but expensive for what it is.The gardens are lovely but quite small.There is also access to national park woodland trails which are great - but you get these for free in this area so not worth paying entry for.They could do with floor to ceiling windows in the cafe to improve the views for all patrons.
Came here for the lookout. Fantastic view from the cafe on a clear day. Could see all the skyscrapers in the city.Coffee was reasonably priced. Lots of different desserts and cakes available. Muffins too. Breakfast and main courses are available and ok priced. Nice place to stop for a snack and the view from the cafe.
Was a fantastic look out with a tiny garden. The coffee was good. There wasn't really much going on apart from the function room and restaurant. But was good for a visit. There is definitely a better look out just down the road. Burke's look out is a must see.I did not like that we had to pay for parking when there is minimal to do up there.
I had a pleasant time at the venue celebrating our wedding anniversary. Service was excellent (many thanks, Chloe). The restaurant was fully booked but food was served promptly. We were very happy with the mains (duck and lamb). The entrees were delicious, especially the Korean pork belly. The chocolate sphere is a beautiful dessert concoction and not to be missed. Needless to say, the sunset and city skyline views from the restaurant are just stunning.

We had our wedding at Nathania Springs a week ago and it was perfect. So picturesque, the gardens and the reception venue are so beautiful and well looked after, it’s honestly such an underrated venue.Matt, Chloe and the team are phenomenal. They answered every question I had promptly and with all the info we needed in the lead up. The menu tasting before our wedding was amazing, and the food we chose for our wedding was delicious. Our guests are still raving about it.Sonia who was our coordinator on the day was absolutely incredible. She looked after us and the bridal party so well, and was always checking in to make sure we were okay and having a great time. We just want to keep reliving it and would 1000% do it over again there in a heartbeat.
Nathania Springs was perfect for our wedding! We loved the lush, green gardens and that the venue had a warmth to it. The chapel is breathtaking and the ballroom perfect for couples wanting to be amongst their guests and not sitting separately. Matt and the team were fantastic from day one, they answered our millions of questions with patience and really helped make our night special. We loved that the venue had so many inclusions, including floral arrangements in the chapel and in the ballroom - it helped make things much easier!
Attended Nathaniel springs reception twice now and each time has been a blast. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and intimate, both the inside and outside setting. Almost every corner is photo worthy for instagram. The chapel and reception area is beautifully decorated. The staff and professional and friendly. Only gripe is that both times the food was just slightly better than average.
Attended a wedding of the century here on Saturday. Absolutely a stunning venue for a wedding with warm and friendly staff. The food was amazing with big serves. This wedding was larger then life that hosted spectacular performances which needed plenty of room on the dance floor and this venue delivered just that. The venue has an amazing sound system so no need for DJ's to bring along bulky speakers. Beautiful lush green views on the drive up to the venue and plenty of areas for those must have wedding snaps. Nathania Springs were an amazing venue!- Easy to work with doing the planning, quick correspondence. I did most of the planning over email.- Great value for money.- I didn't end up eating much on the day, but I heard the food was good. It did look good.- Adaptable to different weird requests.- Beautiful indoor option, we were planning on getting married outside but it was raining, in the end we were happy to get married inside because it was so beautiful anyway!- The bridal room was really good to have a home base throughout the day, including a separate bathroom.- The reception room was also beautiful with a big dance floor.- They set up everything for us according to my instructions.- Offered me a drink as soon as I arrived, which was much needed.Thanks guys, it was the best day of our lives!Love from Holly and Ashley - married 5th March 2022.

Potters was so wonderful. I really can't thank the staff enough. They were all so lovely and competent. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day; everything was just taken care of so well.All the guests were impressed. We got a lot of feedback afterwards that the food was fantastic, the venue was beautiful, everything ran smooth as butter, and the guests had so much fun at the wedding.My memory of the staff laughing and smiling a lot really stands out. Everyone around me was so happy on that day, and so was I.We had a few unusual (but hopefully not unreasonable!) requests re the setup on the day, which was accepted with a can-do attitude and it was all setup well.There are also a lot of perfect photo locations on site. We got so many great photos, some with the late afternoon sun shining on us.All in all, a very smoothly run wedding at a very picturesque venue. It was actually worth the wait (being a covid cancellation/postponement). Highly recommend!
