We stayed 2 nights here for my grandsons wedding on the 21/10/23 From the moment we registered we were looked after unbelievable . Our stay in the stables was fantastic. Our bedroom, ensuite and lounge was beautiful . The staff helped so much to make sure everything went so smoothly for the wedding . The food and service was unbelievable good . We all agreed the food was so delicious 😋. Campbell Point is definitely a special place for a special occasion. I would definitely recommend it.
This is my first time writing a review and I never thought I would be "that person" to write a review, but I feel compelled to warn people that if you are planning a wedding in the area, please AVOID this venue at all costs.I attended my friend's wedding in December 2022 and was astonished by how bad this venue was. In summary: dirty rooms, rude staff and baffling dis-organisation. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews....The rooms were incredibly dirty and smelled damp - I even found an old hairbrush by the bed and a used towel in the bathroom when we checked in. Both were mentioned to the staff and they didn't bother to clean or replace any of the towels in the room. In fact, the staff didn't clean, replace towels or make the bed at any point during the two night stay on-site.The service was probably similar to what you get at a 2 star-motel, not a "5-star" venue. The staff were openly rude and seemed annoyed at any request made by the guests. I was told to stop "annoying" them when I asked for assistance when the power went out in our room. I was also told that they could not help with arranging food or any champagne for the groom prior to the ceremony. Later in the evening, I saw staff swearing (under their breath) and confronting and being aggressive at guests. The manager closed the bar service temporarily several times over the course of the night and eventually stopped service altogether 45mins early. Overall, very unprofessional and uncooperative. The vibe I got from the staff was that they didn't want us at the venue at all and our presence was a burden and inconvenience to them. Clearly something is wrong with the management of this venue and for that reason alone I would avoid.
Attended a wedding here and stayed onsite. The owners were horrible and the staff were really rude on the day of the wedding even the suppliers made comment of it. The stay was not worth the cost and was definitely not a luxury experience. As you can tell from previous comments, the responses are super defensive and no accountability is taken
Best Afternoon High Tea in Melbourne!!!! With welcoming service and gorgeous settings, special view and fresh-made deserts, i and my friend had best time here😊👍👍👍A Big Special Thank You to our Garden Tour Host - Ben. I’ve been to a few weddings in my time, and the venue itself is undeniably beyond belief.Having said that - if I had to compare the service to something that everyone out there would understand…. I’ve quite frankly had better service from the crack head living in the carpark of my local sizzler, 3 years after it closed - and even then - he still served me better quality cheesy toast than this venue would have.
We had our wedding at CPH in March 2023. It was absolutely magical. We had the most amazing few days. The property was incredible, the staff absolutely lovely and the food and service couldn't be faulted. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary
I recently had the opportunity to wedding coordinate at this venue.Firstly the space & gardens are just devine, this building has so much character and is well mangaged.Secondly the staff were amazing and so professional to work with. The flow of the day into the evening was seamless and the food/service was fantastic. The accomadation rooms are beautifully styled and designed & spacious.I will continue to recommend this space for future weddings

Seriously the most perfect wedding venue. Our top priorities for our wedding were to have an option for guests to stay (shearer's quarter's and glamping tents), and no curfew so the dance floor could go all night long. Our recovery day was by the pool next to the homestead and it was SO much fun.Our phones have been going off with messages from our wedding guests saying that was the best wedding they've been to...... And we'd have to thank the property and location for that! Thanks again for hosting the best weekend of our lives.
Barunah Plains is such a beautiful venue. My husband and I got married there over the labour day long weekend and everything was perfect. To have all of your guests stay onsite with you is definitely a winner. We can’t recommend this venue enough if you’re looking to treat your family and friends to a fun weekend.
Barunah plains was the most perfect wedding venue for us. A beautiful canvas that allows you to bring in your own suppliers and decorations. Also the perfect getaway for you & all your guests. Ali was amazing to deal with through the whole process of planning the wedding. Especially during covid times she was flexible and worked with us offering reassurance and options for all the obstacles of restrictions.Could not recommend Barunah plains enough.
Wow! What an amazing place! We had a fabulous family Christmas at Barunah Plains. All the rooms are huge, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms that are all beautifully appointed, many lounge areas and super large kitchen. There are so many spaces to escape to for some quiet time and other areas where everyone can come together. Our family of 20 especially enjoyed the enormous pool, outdoor dining, wonderful views, special times sharing a Christmas feast all around the wonderful dining table and plenty of relaxation together. So many memories of wonderful times shared together. Thankyou Barunah! We hope to see you again….
Barunah Plains is dreamy! We chose it for our wedding because we knew we wouldn’t have to do much to set the scene, and boy did it deliver! We got married on a rainy March day and it felt like we were on an old English homestead. The sunny day BBQ by the pool the next day meant that everyone could fully appreciate the gorgeous grounds. We’re so happy we could have all of our closest friends stay with us all weekend. Barunah plains is an amazing venue, and Ali and Damian make everything so easy. We can’t wait to visit again one day soon. Thanks legends!

Attended for a wedding. Bar tender Michael was very polite and professional. Most staff really nice. Food was mediocre. Enclosed deck for wedding ceremony had no air circulation and was basically a greenhouse.
Good service from the staff. The function hall has a very modern look. The food is excellent. The couches in waiting area need to be binned, the only reason the place didn't earn five stars.
A magnificent location, well presented facilities. Attended a sponsored formal dinner (sponsored by Caterpillar). The staff were great, the food was fantastic, while the atmosphere was tremendous.Entrees were pumpkin gnocchi and barramundi, while the mains were chicken and eye fillet. The bar above is quiet pleasant and the whole area is a nice place for a quiet stroll, a vigorous walk or jog.

The cafe at Jack Rabbit is a fantastic place for lunch on a pleasant sunny day. The food is great. I can recommend the seafood platter, with Pinot Grigio to go with it.
Went for lunch with friends.Half of us enjoyed their food and the others, like myself, found it underwhelming.I had the Angus burger which was plated like a very simple dish. I really thought it was just for show -- to highlight that it's just a simple dish that packs a punch. Unfortunately it was just that ... plain and simple. Some of us had the wine tasting and we were brought test tubes with wine in it. It was served to us with a piece of paper. No explanation at all. There was an event starting so maybe the affected the overall service. We did enjoy the Pinot Noir and the view.
There has never been a more romantic day than this.If the weather you plan to visit is clear and no windy, be sure to go !I'll come again next time.Wonderful moment ❤️
Merne is a must visit! Second long lunch experience and blown away by the flavour combinations, fresh ingredients and fantastic service. Gift yourself time to relax and enjoy.
Great light lunch to discuss memoirs over good food and excellent wine. Views for days, a warm cosy ambience and a feeling of living your best life. Priceless. Thank you Jack Rabbit.
We had dinner last night - the food and the service by Jaiden and Briony was exceptional. We had high expectations which were totally exceeded and will very much look forward to visiting again. Fresh fish was amazing and the cheeseboard was the best we have had for a long time. Thank you 🙏 Jack Rabbit for an exception dining experience.
Well presented, above average food, supported by excellent service. Sweeping Bellarine views from the restaurant. There is a cafe adjacent which was well located and very busy. Recommend booking especially weekends and holidays
Jack Rabbit boasts stunning bay views and impeccable food. It’s a must visit when on the Bellarine peninsula and a reasonable day trip for lunch from Melbourne. Even if you aren’t a wine lover I would recommend dining purely for the delicious crispy chats. Everything we ate was exceptional and given the quality the price point was value for money. There are a few fine dining style menu items; quail, kangaroo, venison etc but if you prefer simple fare the eye fillet is sublime and the dark chocolate dessert flawless. All elements executed to perfection and working in perfect harmony. I couldn’t fault the meal

My wife and I got married at BAIE over the weekend and we couldn’t speak more highly of the incredible venue and the family who make you feel so special and at ease. We had the most magical day and are so grateful to BAIE Weddings for all their work in making it go so smoothly and perfect for us. A special mention to Lauren and Nadine - you two are an absolute dream to know and work with! Love Tom and Em x
I don’t often write reviews but my experience with Baie wines was so impressive I felt it should be shared. Our daughter was married this weekend. Lauren, Anne and Peter you were so welcoming and warm we always felt comfortable. Peter’s calmness in dealing with our massive flower arbors was such a relief. Lauren your can do attitude and confidence keep us all at ease and to Anne just making sure everything was right and keeping us all on our toes. What a family I miss you guys already. The venue the farm the whole experience is breathtaking and the night was flawless and to Truffle Duck the catering exceptionally executed. Thank you so much a perfect night.
I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the Kuc family at BAIE Wines on several events and weddings in the past couple of years and I could not recommend their venue highly enough. The venue itself is beautiful and allows lots of options for onsite weddings and the pride Peter and Anne have in the upkeep and presentation of their spaces are second to none. It is always a pleasure working with Anne, Peter, Lauren and Nadine for weddings and events.Jess
We were married at Baie winery in December 2018 and we could not recommend this venue more! There are so many beautiful venues on the Bellarine Peninsula but none have the perfect combination of grapevines, country charm and bay views like Baie wines. The venue is perfect for wedding photos as it provides so many different backdrops. We were married in front of the vines, had our wedding party photos in the driveway under the incredibly beautiful trees and then had our couple photos taken in the paddock with the bay back-drop.Lauren and the other owners also could not have done more to help us during the planning process and on the day. We had a marquee wedding which meant a two day bump-in and a huge number of suppliers, they could not have been more accommodating and lovely! Lauren was even there to ensure my husband and I had something to eat and drink while we were having our wedding photos taken - continually going above and beyond!I should also mention the Baie Rose wine is one of my favourites!
My brother was married at Baie earlier this year & I had the pleasure of Planning and styling this amazing wedding. Lauren, who is the Daughter of the property owners and wedding co-ordinator at Baie wines was an absolute pleasure to work with, not only did she help with ideas and suppliers, her and her family allowed us to visit the venue numerous times in the lead up to suss marquee placement and ceremony locations as-well as show our family how stunning the venue was. I was also a bridesmaid in this wedding and Lauren bent over backwards to help out wherever she could. This venue offers the most AMAZING bay views, beautiful grounds, delicious wines and it gives you options to have whatever your heart desires in terms of marquee/wine shed/ceremony. I highly recommend Baie Wines, ill be back for NYE and I cant wait!

We had a very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant last night. The staff were very welcoming and even found our sister in law who was looking for us in the lounge but we were seated in the restaurant.I was initially worried as some of the reviews I’d read were not very favourable but we couldn’t have been happier from start to finish. The food was delicious the wine was great and the service and friendliness of the wait staff was great too…..all in all we three had a wonderful night 🙂🙂🙂
To say that we are grateful to have chosen the RACV Torquay Resort as our wedding venue would be a massive understatement. We knew we had found a gem on very first inspection of the beautiful architecture, views, and location; but we quickly realised it was perfect for much more than that. The whole process throughout the 18 months of planning, especially with Sarah as our coordinator, was completely seamless. She accommodated some of our tricky demands (especially moving around heavy wedding decor), she communicated so efficiently through our many many emails, she absolutely nailed every tiny detail to a tee, and most importantly, she made our dream come to life.To the rest of the team, especially all of those involved in setting up and running our reception; I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the amazing service and delicious food. I have had so many of the guests say to me “wow, they were just fantastic weren’t they”. Thank-you for taking care of us so well and making us feel like absolute royalty. We couldn’t be happier, the reception was just perfect.Last but not least, our stay was amazing!! We had room service from the restaurant every single night which was some of the most amazing food we’ve ever had, we basically floated back to the room on a cloud of bliss after our spa treatments at OneSpa, and we soaked up the amazing balcony views every morning. It was heaven on Earth, and we were treated so well. We will be back for our one year anniversary!
After hearing a lot about this property decided to take a staycation. Wasn’t disappointed but wasn’t overly impressed either. Being an RACV member from years, requested complimentary late check out and got only additional 30mins so instead of 10 got it for 10.30. Nice rooms but there wasn’t any balcony in the Premium ocean view room and the ocean is a bit far from the location as compared to RACV Cape Schanck resort. Staff was very friendly and check in was smooth. Staff guided us to the basement parking and there was heaps of parking spaces available. We used the Pool and Swimming area, very clean and tidy. Change rooms were also clean and tidy. Dined in at Number One restaurant and Hardy’s lounge. Little expensive but good. Again Restaurant staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Got little disappointed with the breakfast as the spread yet again compared to Cape Schanck wasn’t great. First day’s breakfast experience was good but the second day we requested for fried eggs and got literally precooked eggs fried in deep frier. They were no less than rubber.
Great place to stay for RACV Members in torque. The restaurant is open for the normal public too. Parking is hard to find sometimes but service 8s very good
Restaurant number one was a massive let down.We had a 6pm booking for 2 families with kids.Kids meals came out quickly, however mains for adults we had to ask numerous times when the meals would be coming out and by 730 we still didn’t have our meals. We ended up going back to our room to put our daughter to sleep and had our meals sent up as room service.Over an hour for mains to be served after placing our orders. Very disappointed, as we paid a large amount of money for our meals and accommodation, as it is supposed to be fine dining! Do not feel that it was a fine dining experience and overall give it a 1/5 stars. Please see a photo of eating our meals in our hotel room at the desk at 8pm.
It is such a nice hotel with many kind helpful staff, wonderful swimming pool with comfortable Spa and gourmet dish that we stayed a week ago. Megan who works at Front Desk, helped us a lot to contact our car rental company for resolving our issue, is highly appreciated. The considerate manager in restaurant selected tasty wine for us. What an amazing dinner!
Wonderful resort, big rooms but a little bit cold in winter. Breakfast was really good and with great choice, but they charged me for one cappuccino after the waiter asked me if I wanted something hot for brekfast without telling me I should have paid for it. I thought it was included. Anyway, averall good experience.
What a wonderful Resort! From the moment we arrived at reception we were greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to explain all about their resort. Our Premium Ocean View room was more than we expected. So large and spacious with wonderful decor, views and very clean. We enjoyed the cafes, bars and buffet breakfast which was included in our special package rate.I enjoyed going to the One Spa, Day Spa for some relaxation, while hubby enjoyed relaxing in our room.We got a great deal for staying 2 nights.Highly recommend a stay and will be definitely returning in the future. Thanks RACV Resort Torquay staff!
Rooms are okay, but for the premium we pay to stay in the hotel, we have got a communal pool, full with babies and kids on the weekend. Nappies were changed on the chairs and kids under 3 were dipping in the spa. You dont have to stay in the hotel to use the pool! What a joke!So , please advise on your website that the pool is communal!

First time dining at Merne and happy to say it won’t be the last! We loved everything, food, service and location. We had the 2 course (which is more than ample for a lunch) plus a sneaky shared dessert. Thanks for a memorable meal.
Merne is a must visit. Everything is top quality from the second you walk into the restaurant. The food blew me away with its depth of flavour and having each meal described to us prior to eating gave us a greater sense of what we were eating and a better appreciation for the flavours.
Had a friend’s wedding here recently, and cannot recommend it enough. Besides the beautiful winery/grounds, the venue was also amazing - great food, friendly service, and a fantastic vibe.Great for lunch or dinner, as well as a special event.
I have been lucky enough to photograph weddings at Merne and oh man is it stunning, it's an absolute dream to photograph, oh and the food is ridiculously good. (I need to go back for a meal asap) You and your guests will have such a kickass day, do not hesitate to book this venue for your wedding 🙂
We had a stunning rainy day lunch at Merne. The menu is fantastic value and very generous and each dish was truly delicious, my favourite was the smoked swordfish with fennel, apple, turnip and finger lime. They were accommodating of our dietary needs and the setting was just beautiful. Would be a lovely spot for a wedding.

We went to terindah with a table of six today, absolutely loved it. Between us we had two starters, a main, and three sides, which was plenty of good. Gravalax is served with an amazing horseradish sauce, we loved the pork terrine, and for mains we had the lamb, mushrooms, and fish. All of it was brilliant, would highly recommend and will return again. Also loved the Chardonnay and the service!
Fathers day lunch which ended up being an extremely poor experience. Service was bad, the managers attitude was very very poor and unprofessional. Felt like we were at an expensive cafe with meals not winery quality. Walked away unhappy and only positive was having a quick drink were the at the tram which the 2 staff members on duty that day being extremely nice which was the exact opposite to those at the restaurant.
Had a really special lunch here for two on a Sunday arvo in the shed. Beautiful outlook, beaming sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and attentive service. The portion sizes are a bit confusing, but we were able to land on something that worked for us.The mussels, pork belly, chicken and wedges were all fantastic. They weren't selling bottles of the pinot gris (but would sell glasses?) and the food took a bit longer than expected for the small amount of attendees there, but if I'm giving this a 4.5/5 then I'm happy to round up to 5. Keep up the good work.
This was our first visit to Terindah Estate and we really enjoyed ourselves there. The food was excellent and my fish was not overcooked. Juicy on the inside yet it had a crispy skin. What could I ask for more? And the views were spectacular. From where we were seated, we could look back at Melbourne City and also to Mt. Macedon.
My partner and I had lunch at The Shed today and the entire experience was sensational. The new menu designed by the new chef is outstanding. Our entire lunch was delicious along with the wines.Compliments to the new chef and to our waitress Kathryn who had a terrific sense of humour and looked after us so well.We live locally and already look forward to our next meal at Terindah.
Beautiful ambience with cozy design. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Overall delicious food but pork was dry. Entrée scallops and salmon was delicious!

It's a little hard to rate as we ate at Lunch on Melbourne Cup Day but here goes. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable but in spite of us arriving before a number of the large event tables, it still took over 40 minutes to get our food orders. I appreciate the day but the world did seem to stop when the big event needed servicing. That said... The food was fantastic even though there were a large number of people there. Absolutely no loss of quality there! The atmosphere was impacted by the day but on a quieter day would be great. Props to whomever planned for tables that easily handle a wheelchair!Would definitely go back on a quieter day.Finally.. sensible to clearly highlight the 20% public holiday uplift as it's always confusing in the Geelong region on when this should and shouldn't occur.
Beautiful spot with food that is so lovely, locally sourced produce and artfully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday lunch of Twice - Cooked Chicken Maryland with Rhubarb and Custard (deconstructed) for dessert.Enjoyed views of the pilot boats going out while drinking a finishing coffee.
Great spot in Queenscliffe. Amazing view on the waterfront. Staff were amazing. Food was ok running on an Asian fusion vibe flavours were too sweet for my taste. Overall great day had by all in our party of four
We had our wedding reception at 360Q and it was absolutely amazing - we couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff were extremely competent and accommodating and took all the stress out of planning the day. The food and wine were amazing and the price was very reasonable, particularly with such beautiful views!
I may say the food looks like perfect. But the taste……is so complex. and If you are looking for seafood,it is not good choice! No big prawn,no fresh mussel, only fresh oyster but very costly! In addition, their service is no service!but charge for 20% on public holiday. 6 plates are charged in total almost $200.after we finished,we went to seafood bar,got lots seafood and no extra charge!only $36(see the last photo)

I attended a wedding here, and it was just beautiful. The outdoor ceremony space amongst the olive trees was spectacular. The indoor space where the reception happened was just magical. I think the fairy lights are a nice touch, taking the industrial edge off it. I couldn’t believe how great the food was, especially considering how many people they fed.
Concert and dining packages are worth every penny. The quality of service, beverages, food, seats and party bags are always exceptional. Highly recommend.
We stayed in one of the pods, which were very luxurious and well fitted out and comfortable. We wemt to the Barrel Restaurant for the $29 lunch special. It was a taste sensation and very generous serves.. we had a wonderful couple of days at Duneed Estate all was top class. And wines not bad either. Lovely continental breakfast in room. Highly recommend.
Booked here for the Father’s Day lunch and it was just beautiful! An amazing venue which was set up so lovely and the food was delicious! Great staff and service! Will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely time xxx
High Tea eventFrom the beginning we were a bit disappointed. No welcome person or guidance to when we could get a welcome drink or go to our table, just left standing waiting. No signage or assistanceThen when we got to our table it's was sticky and dirty and water over some settings. Then when we got out tier stands with food there was less food on each tier stand to others. Then a pie served did not actually have any filling in it, this is when we decided to speak up about our disappointment to the manager. She gave us more food to make the amounts correct for each guests and more pies. She stated the tables are clean but disinfectant makes them sticky. The service, set up and ambience was not great to be honest but we can not fault the tasty food and options.Except...don't go expecting TEA at this High TEA. There is only English breakfast and only on request which I thought was disappointing for a High TEA. And not the best tea cups ..could do better with this part. The bubbles and wine was bottomless and nice.Would not really recommend unless they do a take away High tea box.I guess we wanted better from this event and venue.Service **Cleanliness *Atmosphere noise level *High tea setting and teas *Food and taste ****Location ****
We had our wedding here in Dec 2022 and we still feel like part of the Mt Duneed family whenever we return. The service was amazing. The venue is STUNNING and you honestly don’t need to decorate it much as the design and decor are already beautiful. The wedding event team have you covered, so don’t second guess this place. It’s worth every cent!
To Christine, Keeley and the whole Mt Duneed team THANK YOU for everything you did in the lead up to our incredible wedding. From the first enquiry right through to our wedding day you were faultless. Nothing was too big, or too much trouble and the execution on the day was seamless. The food, the wine, the staff, the venue - everything was perfect and our guests (& us) had the most incredible day and night. If you're looking for a wedding venue that has it all then don't look past Mt Duneed Estate.Thank you Mt Duneed Estate for the very bottom of our hearts.Jess and Steve xx
The most amazing venue! Wow what an impressive establishment. We had a fabulous Mother’s Day lunch : gorgeous food and friendly staff. The wines were so delicious: I highly recommend. It’s a must visit.
